Creative Director of Perth Bagpiper, Stuart Bradford, can create the atmosphere suitable for your event. Stuart’s past performances include being the Lone Piper at Blackboy Hill for the 100-year anniversary of the ANZAC’s landing during WWI to a crowd of 7000, playing with visiting artists like André Rieu to an audience of 15,000 and many weddings and private events. Learning the skills to play the bagpipes is a passion we wish to expand to adults that wish to learn. Perth Bagpiper has developed a series of courses aimed to teach raw beginners the techniques to become a Perth Bagpiper themselves. Drawing on 15 years of teaching the bagpipes, and applying the knowledge gained from teaching in other industries over 30 years, we’ve developed fun & functional programs that achieve great results from students.

Currently, the Creative Director of Perth Bagpiper, Stuart Bradford has been Pipe Major of Fremantle Sailing Club Pipes & Drums for over 11 years, has been Pipe Major of the competitive Grade 4 Perth Metro Pipe Band for 3 years, has held the Events portfolio at Pipe Bands WA for 5 years and has been the Chairman of Pipe Bands WA for the last 3 years.
